Director Rescues Heroine:
- The career span of a heroine is very limited so it always depends on what kind of films she takes up and extends her lifespan. She might be talented, beautiful and has every material to be called a good heroine but if the choices are not right then she would head nowhere. The best example for that is Priyamani.
- She took off in a great style and many called her the Smita Patil of the south. But her itch to prove herself as a glamour heroine landed her in the ditch and today Priyamani has gone completely dry without projects. But still, there seems to be one or two of those directors who believe she could be given one more chance.
- News is that Priyamani has now been roped in for a new film by director Prem Arya. This is for a historical flick wherein Priyamani would be essaying the role of a princess. The story backdrop is said to be 400 years old based on a true incident. This project has brought life to Priyamani once again. Whether she will make the best use of it and bounce back or not, let us wait and see.
