Akbaruddin Out Of Jail, After Suspense

After a few hours of suspense, Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen leader and Chandrayangutta MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi was finally released from Adilabad jail on Saturday, after his lawyers surrendered his passport to the investigating authorities in the last moment.
Earlier, the  Nirmal court stalled his release, even as the Adilabad jail authorities were making arrangements for the same, as he did not submit the passport and other surities in time. He had to submit them by afternoon, since the court functions only till 1 pm on Saturdays. However, a few minutes before the court closure hours, the lawyers managed to submit the documents. And the jail authorities have taken steps to release him immediately.
Akbaruddin was granted bail both by the Nizamabad court and Adilabad court on Friday in connection with his alleged hate speech case. While allowing the bail petition, the Nizamabad courts asked him to furnish two sureties of Rs 10,000 each, while the Adilabad district court granted bail with three conditions: he should surrender his passport to the court,   submit two sureties each worth Rs. 70,000 and he should not step into Nirmal town
