Bomb blasts impact Zanjeer shoot

The Hyderabad blasts have not only caused loss of life and property but are now affecting the shooting schedule of Zanjeer, the remake of the 1973 movie with the same name starring Amitabh Bachchan. Actor Ram Charan Teja will portray the role of Amitabh Bachchan while Priyanka Chopra will reprise the role of Jaya Bachchan.
Teja once mentioned that shooting for the film was almost finished and the few parts left would be finished in Hyderabad but because of the blasts there is a change in the schedule. Later when director Apoorva Lakhia was contacted he said that that he heard about the explosion and it’s really sad but since he’s in a continuous shoot, the rest of the shooting will take place in Mumbai.
