Siddharth's Satire On Censor Board
Actor Siddharth is coming up with the film ‘Jabardasth’ next week and
freshly he got irked by the approach of Censor Board on his film.
"In a scene in my next film, my character mentions lawyers taking bribes and fake Swamijis committing fraud. The censor board has cut them out!", Siddarth tweeted.
So, it explains that the scenes where a section of society is shown in negative light were cut by Censor Board. Siddarth raises finger on this. Indeed, he is right. If Censor board takes care in safeguarding the ‘manobhaavalu’ of every section of society right from religion to caste to profession, then no film can be made down the line. There can be no villains in the film but everyone will be a hero.
Jabardasth stars Siddarth, Nitya Menon and Samantha. Nandini Reddy directs it. It’s scheduled to release on 22nd Feb.
