As an actor and a celebrity it is important to come up with politically correct statements and with the kind of intense media presence anything can be misconstrued. Here is something which has led to a friction between Vikram and Daggubati Rana. The origin for that is a reported interview of Vikram to a media source.
Sharing his thoughts on why it is difficult for south heroes to make it big in north, Vikram reportedly mentioned that with the kind of money and work which is there in south it is hard for the south stars to leave and go to Mumbai. In that process, Vikram reportedly quoted the example of Rana and how he didn’t fare well at the south box office and that’s why he is focusing on Bollywood.
In no time, Rana got a whiff of that and replied in his own style. The towering hunk has reportedly told the senior actor to stay put in his place and reminded of the vast difference between their experience as actors. Rana reportedly quoted about the 10 disasters of Vikram. Of course, he ended his reply on a peaceful note reiterating that he is still a fan of the big star. Let us see how far this clash goes.
