Andhra Channel Behind KK Outburst Against Nagarjuna?

After keeping mum for quite some time on the Telangana issue, former PCC president and ex-MP K Kesava Rao suddenly started attacking Annapurna Studios, owned by Akkineni family, taking everybody by surprise.
Inquiries revealed that the sudden outburst by Kesava Rao against the Annapurna Studios had the backing of a Telugu television channel, which had recently run a story against Nagajuna. Everybody knows it was the Congress government headed by late Dr Marri Channa Reddy which had allocated lands to film personalities in Hyderabad to set up studios as part of encouraging Telugu film industry to shift its base from Chennal to Hyderabad.So, it was rather surprising why Kesava Rao had started attacking Nagarjuna after several years.
According to sources, the television channel, promoted by the Seemandhra management and had the backing of a cabinet minister, is behind the aggressive comments by Kesava Rao. This channel management has a dispute with Nagarjuna over a piece of land, which had led to the channel telecasting a series of stories against Nagarjuna for four days. With Nagarjuna completely ignoring these scurrilous reports, the channel has roped in Kesava Rao to give a Telangana twist to the dispute, sources said.
