NTR 'Brother' Joins Sharmila In Walk!

In a surprising development, Nandmuri Venkateshwara Rao, cousin brother of legend actor and former chief minister late N T Rama Rao, joined the padayatra of YSR Congress party leader Y S Sharmila in Krishna district on Monday.
As Sharmila entered Nimmakuru village, the native of NTR, on her 108th day of Maro Praja Prasthanam padayatra, Venkateswara Rao came to her and greeted her. Not only that, he extended his support to Sharmila and walked along with her for a couple of kilometers. It was a pleasant surprise for YSR Congress party workers, as Nimmakuru is supposed to be the bastion of Telugu Desam Party.
Venkateshwara Rao is said to be the first cousin of NTR. Though he has not been involved in political activity and has been confined to agriculture in the village, his solidarity with Sharmila has raised many eyebrows. May be it is a signal for his nephew Nandamuri Harikrishna tilting towards YSR Congress in the coming days.
