Megastar Cameo in Zanjeer

It is known that Mega Powerstar Ram Charan is making his Bollywood debut with ‘Zanjeer’. The film is the remake of 1973 Bollywood film of same name.
Charan is playing the role of a deadly police officer in this remake which is shaping up under the direction of Apoorva Lakhia. Ever since the project has hit the floors rumors abuzz that Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan will play a cameo in this latest version.
However, none of the makers have confirmed the presence of Big B in this film and freshly when questioned by the media on Wednesday, the hero of the film Charan has revealed that the Bollywood Megastar will be seen in a guest role in this remake. Sources say director Apoorva has also penned a scene where the new and old Vijay will be seen together.
Incidentally, Amitabh Bachchan is the hero of 1973’s blockbuster hit ‘Zanjeer’ and the film has bought the actor ‘Angry Young Man’ image and catapulted him to superstar dom. Tipped to be an action entertainer, ‘Zanjeer’ remake also has Priyanka Chopra, Sanjay Dutt, Prakash Raj in crucial roles.
