New Releases: Alias Janaki And Akasamlo Sagam

It is film time and this week there are no biggies around but some interesting flicks are on the line. First in the list is ‘Alias Janaki’ and this marks the debut of Rahul Venkat, a member of the mega family, as the hero. Directed by Dayaa K, the film is produced by Neelima Tirumalasetty.
Secondly, there is ‘Akasamlo Sagam’ which brings back the sexy Lux Papa Flora Saini as a housewife. Slated to be a message oriented film especially for women, it also has the likes of Ravi Babu doing key role. Even Bollywood is arriving with its share of medium and small budget flicks.
Notable among them is ‘Nasha’ starring Poonam Pandey followed by ‘Issaq’ starring Prateik Babbar. For Hollywood lovers, the much awaited grand spectacle is arriving in the form of ‘Wolverine’ starring Hugh Jackman. Here’s wishing all the films the best of success at the box office.
