BSNL Offers Friends and Family Numbers in Prepaid and Postpaid Mobile Plans

BSNL introduced a new special scheme Friends and Family(F&F) for the mobile users to facilitate the customer  to make voice calls at reduced rates to the selected fixed telephone/mobile numbers of own and other network which is applicable as per the plans opted in Prepaid or Postpaid GSM Services.

With this new Friends and Family (F&F) special facility, customer has the best way to talk with their beloved ones with a non stop talk at reduced call charges.

BSNL offers minimum of 2 numbers and a maximum of 5 numbers for Friends and Family(FnF) facility according to BSNL Prepaid Corporate Plans and Circle Plans plans opted by the subscriber, and 2 numbers in Postpaid Plans under GSM Services. This facility shall be applicable to New/Existing customers of BSNL Mobile Services and this service is provided to the customer at free of cost for activation.

Activation of Friends and Family Numbers in Prepaid/Postpaid Services

1. Customer of all Prepaid Plans (except Jai Jawan, Pyarijodi) has to send an SMS as follows

FFE<space>Mobile Number/Land Line with STD code<space> Mobile Number/Land Line with STD code..... to 53733

Ex:- FFE XXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX ...... to 53733

Note:- Send the numbers(2 or 5) as applicable according to plan opted.

• After sending SMS to 53733, Immediately at first, an acknowledge SMS will be delivered as ‘Your request for F&F received and wait for confirmation within 24 Hours.
• Next, if the Format and feasibility to the plan are OK Confirmation SMS will come. 
• If Format is incorrect, or Invalid Numbers are found in the sent SMS, it will be rejected and the rejection SMS will also come..

Jaijawan Prepaid Plan Customer can activate Friends and Family Numbers by sending SMS 

PMF<space><1st BSNL number><space><2nd BSNLnumber> to 53733

PyariJodi Prepaid Plan Customer can activate Friends and Family Numbers by sending SMS

PyariJodi Prepaid Plan customers has to register One BSNL Fixed Landline/WLL number within Home Circle/LSA number in his/her own name to avail 30 Minutes free calls per day by sending SMS as

FFL<space><Landline number with STD CODE> to 53733

The call charge beyond thirty minutes in PyariJodi Prepaid Plan will be normal call charges as per the plan and in SMS LandLine/WLL numbers to be prefixed with STD code of the Station.

2. Customer of all BSNL Mobile Postpaid Plans has to send an SMS as follows

FFC<space><1st number><space><2nd number> to 53733

The charges for Friends and Family Numbers in postpaid services shall be as per the plans opted by the customer.

Modification of Friends and Family Numbers in Prepaid and Postpaid Mobile Plans

1. For change of Friends and Family Numbers in Prepaid Services, Customer has to send an SMS as follows

FFM<space><old number><space><new number> to 53733

• FFL number(Pyari Jodi) will be changed by submitting a written request to the nearest CSC, in case the landline number changed of PyariJodi plan customer.
• The genuineness will be verified and recommend the same by CSC for change of Friends and Family Number of Landline for getting free calls of 30 minuted per day.
• BSNL customers will be allowed only one number for a day for change/modification of Friends and Family Numbers, and an amount of Rs.5/- shall be deducted for change of Friends and Family Numbers.
• Prepaid customers should be maintained the balance for an amount Rs.50/- in the main account balance for activation of New/Modification numbers in Friends and Family Numbers.

2. In BSNL Postpaid Services, customer has to submit a written request to the nearest CSC for change/modification of  Friends and Family Numbers(FNF).
