India’s largest and most reliable Telecom brand PSU Bharat Sanchar Nigham Limited (BSNL) has announced the promotional offer of  Full usage Talk Value on Top Up Vouchers in some BSNL circles(Gujarat, MadhyaPradesh, Maharastra, Punjab, Rajasthan) under 2G and 3G GSM Prepaid Mobile Services.
