BSNL Rakshak Plan and Tariff for Central Paramilitary Groups in Postpaid Mobile Services

For this Rakshak plan, 2 SIMs(Main SIM & Home SIM) will be issued and activated from BSNL CSC of concerned circle and bill payments can be made in the home circle only. In case of specific request from customer for USIM Rs.59 will be charged.

Fixed Monthly Charges(FMC) of Rs.299 is to be charged for two postpaid connections under this "Rakshak Scheme". All tariffs applicable for main number only, except incoming call while Roaming will be the same for home number. 

Personnel Numbers using BSNL connection and Port-in customers will also be allowed under the scheme for Central Paramilitary Groups to activate this special Rakshak plan subject to verification of credentials.

Special Postpaid Plan for Officers of all Paramilitary Forces

• For the above two plans, the credential of the employee is to be verified before activating the Rakshak plan by taking a photocopy of his Identity Card issued duly attested by his controlling officer.
• A self certificate indicating that no other connection is active in his name under this special plan any where in India is also to be submitted by the employee.
• BSNL Rakshak Plan under Postpaid Mobile Services shall be applicable only for Central Armed Forces (Central Paramilitary Groups) and this is not applicable for any State Armed Forces.
• This BSNL Rakshak Plan may be allowed for activation through BSNL CSCs(Customer Service Centers) only.
